About Dr. Eubanks

A resident of Roswell for more than a decade, Kim Eubanks FNP-BC currently practices at Alpha Family Medicine. As a Family Nurse Practitioner her holistic treatment approach includes an assessment of health status, diagnosis and development of a comprehensive plan of care. She encourages her patients and their families to participate in healthcare decisions and realistic goal setting which can lead to better outcomes. With every patient encounter her desire is to promote wellness education in hopes of preventing chronic illness. Most importantly she treats each of her patients with compassion and respect. Kim completed her master’s degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Columbus State University and her undergraduate nursing degree at Middle Tennessee State University. Her nursing background includes intensive care, home health and family practice. She supports healthcare evidence based practice through her memberships with American Nurses Association, American Association of Nurse Practitioners and United Advanced Practice Registered Nurses of Georgia and by furthering her knowledge through continuing education. As a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner Kim is trained to provide care for all ages with both acute and chronic illnesses. She is enthusiastic and detail-oriented in conducting patient needs assessments, as well as in providing accurate results and recommendations for the development of appropriate treatment. Her exceptional work ethic and passion for patient care will always ensure that clients are satisfied with their visit at Alpha Family Medicine.

As of 2022, Kim will only be seeing patients at select assisted living facilities and will not be seeing in-office patients. Please call our office for more information about which assisted living facilities she will be attending to.
